Welcome to AICS (the “App”), operated by Concoct Monarchy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App, so please read them carefully.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the App only with parental or guardian consent.

By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to register an account to use certain features.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Community Guidelines

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

All content, features, and functionality in the App (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Concoct Monarchy or licensed to us, and are protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without prior written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post in the App.

By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the operation of the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the necessary rights to share it.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Payments (If Applicable)

If the App offers paid features:

  • All purchases are final unless required by law.
  • You agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes.
  • We may use third-party payment processors; their terms also apply.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Concoct Monarchy from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Clause

Protection Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation: We take the safety and privacy of children very seriously. Our app strictly prohibits content, behavior, or interactions that exploit or endanger children. Any material depicting sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly forbidden. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country) without parental consent. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we take immediate steps to delete it. Users are prohibited from sharing or uploading content that involves or exploits minors. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Our reporting mechanisms allow users to report any content or behavior that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and comply with applicable laws and regulations to protect children from abuse. By using this app, you agree to follow these guidelines and report any inappropriate content involving children.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Butler, Georgia, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in a class action.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
